In 2019, HCM embarked on a challenging new two-million-dollar design build project for Gay Lea foods. The objective was a complete refit of two manufacturing plants to ensure optimal refrigeration and efficient packaging for dairy production.

We built concrete silos for milk containment and created new heavy duty asphalt runways for trucking. We also rearranged their facility to accommodate robotics and state-of-the art refrigeration rooms, along with specialized epoxy tile floors, using technology imported from Germany.
